Programmatic access

You can access data from many_babies_4_analysis programmatically using the Redivis API for R or Python.

R

1. Install the redivis-r package:

devtools::install_github("redivis/redivis-r")

2. Generate and set an API token.

3. Access the data:

library(redivis)

user <- redivis::user("datapages")
workflow <- user$workflow("many_babies_4_analysis")
table <- dataset$table("primary_data")

# load table as tidyverse tibble
df <- table$to_tibble()

1. Install the redivis-python client library:

pip install --upgrade redivis

2. Generate and set an API token.

3. Access the data:

import redivis

user = redivis.user("datapages")
workflow = user.workflow("many_babies_4_analysis")
table = dataset.table("primary_data")

# Load table as a dataframe
df = table.to_pandas_dataframe()
